On 26 May 2026, Mr. Vasko Ivošević, Director of INVAR Ivošević Ltd., Tivat, signed the contract for the implementation of a project approved under the 2nd Call of the EmBRACE Small Project Fund (SPF), implemented through the Interreg VI-A IPA Croatia – Bosnia and Herzegovina – Montenegro Programme 2021–2027. The contract was signed during the official ceremony held in Herceg Novi as part of the Interim Conference and Contract Award Ceremony for the final beneficiaries of the programme. The project is being implemented in partnership with HARMONY TRADE Ltd. from Split, Croatia.
INVAR Ivošević Ltd., headquartered in Radovići, Tivat, has been successfully operating for many years in the field of engineering services and technical consultancy, specializing in marine non-destructive testing (NDT) and advanced inspection methods for ships, offshore platforms, and industrial facilities.
The main objective of the DiVoD project is to enhance digital transformation, innovation, and cooperation between industry and the research sector in Bosnia and Herzegovina, Croatia, and Montenegro through the application of advanced digitally driven non-destructive testing and imaging methods in the maritime and metal industries.

The project's particular significance lies in introducing innovative inspection methods to the region, integrating data into unified digital systems, and creating the foundation for the development of artificial intelligence (AI) solutions and digital twin models, thereby improving quality, efficiency, and predictive maintenance across the industry.
The project results will primarily target the markets of Bosnia and Herzegovina, Croatia, and Montenegro, with the potential to expand into the international shipbuilding, nautical, marina, port, and industrial inspection markets. The final beneficiaries will include shipowners, ship managers, operators, classification societies, insurance companies, research institutions, shipyards, marinas, and service centres.
Through the implementation of this project, INVAR Ivošević Ltd. reaffirms its commitment to technological development, innovation, and strengthening its competitiveness in both regional and international markets.
